Texas Hold'em is one of the most popular pokergames in the world. The difference between the usual 5 handed poker and texas holdem is that you have 2 cards on the hand and 5 on the board, combining these to make the best 5 handed one.
You start of with 2 cards on the hand, a big blind and a small blind is placed after the button. You place your bets, and pay the sum of big blind if you would like to play your hand. If not, you just have to fold, or you could raise.
After all bets are done, the flop is dealt on the board, containing 3 open cards that you now can combine with the two cards on your hand. Another round of bets takes place and when thats done, the turn comes up. Thats when the fourth open card is dealt onto the table. Another round of bets, and then finally the river, the fifth open cards is dealt onto the table. Another round of bets and now the winner is the one with the best hand combined with the 5 cards on the table.
